Created in 2013, the Power 2 Inspire Foundation (a 501c3) has been committed to helping young aspiring music creators and industry leaders and business leaders rise to their highest self.

The Power 2 Inspire (P2I) Mentorship and Internship Program is dedicated to developing the next generation of music creators and music business leaders. This year, in response to the Black Live Matter initiative, we dedicated this summers program to twenty-five hand selected Black and Brown creatively talented mentees [ages 18-24] from both the U.S. and the U.K., that received a four-week virtual experience to learn the ropes from professional music producers, singers/songwriters and music label executives. Mentees had a front row ‘digital’ view of what it takes to succeed in the music industry and complete projects under the tutelage of mentors from across the United States and abroad.

It is more important than ever that the music business equip young musicians and music professionals with opportunities to lead and excel. We believe that by granting mentees with access and exposure, they will be equipped with the experience and relationships needed to succeed in the music business.
To the next generation,
